- Free Delivery: Available for all orders within the Australia.
Shipping Process
Once you place your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email letting you know that we’ve begun processing it. This usually takes 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday). After your order is processed, we’ll dispatch it and send you another email with the tracking details. Delivery typically takes 6–7 business days (Monday to Friday). We’re pleased to offer free shipping on all orders within Australia.
Delays
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please don’t worry—occasional delays can occur due to peak periods, holidays, weather conditions, or other unexpected factors.
We kindly ask you to wait an extra 3 business days (Monday to Friday) before getting in touch. If your order still hasn’t been delivered after that, feel free to contact us at support@kiddo-corner.com and we’ll be happy to investigate the issue for you.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’re really sorry if your item arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered. Please snap a few clear photos of the issue and email them to support@kiddo-corner.com. Once we've had a look, we’ll sort it out and get the right item to you as quickly as we can.
