Return Window

Changed your mind? No dramas – you can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Just shoot us an email at support@kiddo-corner.com to get things rolling. Items need to be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all the tags still on. If it’s been more than 30 days since delivery, we won’t be able to accept the return – so best not to leave it too long.

Return Process

Keen to return something? No worries – just send us an email at support@kiddo-corner.com with your order number and a quick note about why you’re sending it back.

Please make sure to get the okay from us first – we can’t accept returns that haven’t been approved. Once we’ve given you the green light, we’ll send through the return instructions.

Return postage is on you, and we ask that you pack everything up nice and secure so nothing gets damaged on the way back. We only accept returns for items that are in like-new condition – that means unused, unworn, and with all the original tags still on.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. This can take up to 7 days to appear in your account. There are no restocking fees.

  • Damaged or Incorrect Items

    We’re really sorry if your item arrived damaged or wasn’t what you ordered. Please snap a few clear photos of the issue and email them to support@kiddo-corner.com. Once we've had a look, we’ll sort it out and get the right item to you as quickly as we can.
